All TaleGlow products are made-to-order, crafted, and printed just for you. Once your order is successfully placed, we begin processing it. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. If your order requires personalization or adjustments, it may take an additional 1-5 days (or more) for our designer to finalize the artwork, depending on the complexity of the modifications.

    Express Shipping: We offer an express shipping option for US Contiguous States with a delivery time of 2-3 business days. If you require express shipment, place your order and leave a note in the comment box. We will contact you regarding the additional surcharge, which may vary based on your location and order weight.


    Incorrect Address Policy:

    Please ensure that you provide the correct address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible if an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout. You have 24 hours from the time of order placement to update your shipping address. To request an address change, contact our customer service via live chat or email at support@taleglow.com. After this window, the order will be locked for processing, production, and label creation and cannot be changed or canceled.

    If you contact the delivery carrier after your order has left our warehouse to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.

    In cases where we detect incorrect or missing information on our end, we may need to contact you for updated delivery information, which could result in delivery delays.

    We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender.
